Shopping Safely with Us

Here at Naturally Vegan Supermarket, we have been working tirelessly to ensure a high level of service even during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. We have quickly shifted how we work to match demands across our range of products. We have put into place, new initiatives to ensure comprehensive safety measures making our picking and packing procedure safe.

To help reduce the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) and to keep you and your families safe, we have provided our staff with alcohol hand gel and cleaning materials to keep our shelving, storage and other equipment clean for every order received.

To keep everyone safe our staff maintain at least a 2 metre distance at all times and wear a mask whilst at work.

We use a number of responsible couriers, so we expect all drivers to maintain a safe distance and leave your shopping on your doorstep. The driver or one of our staff may call you if we are unable to find a suitable place to leave your shopping. To keep everyone safe, drivers are not allowed to enter your property under any circumstance.
