Our chicken-inspired Jackfruit Burger Cutlets first started life in our first street food stall back in 2017 as a mission to create the ultimate plant-packed cutlet, and we’ve never stopped obsessively working on their recipe. Our ultimate meat-free allrounder is all about the bite: juicy jackfruit fillet hitting crunchy panko breadcrumbs, tossed in a secret blend of herbs and spices.
