Kinda Co. came into being after life-long cheese addict Ellie ditched the dairy, but found herself wanting plant-based cheeses that would quench her long-standing cheese palate. After much experimenting in the kitchen, this one-woman enterprise working from a flat in London soon grew to a commercial kitchen in North Somerset; a bold move to such a cheese-loving area! Ellie didn’t let that stop her though, and is always coming up with new and unique cheese alternatives.
