Bangs started back in 1878 in the outskirts of Copenhagen, selling marmalades, and was run by the Bangs family until 100 years later, since then, it has been taken over by like-minded individuals who continue to expand its recipes and products with its founder’s creed in mind – to always use as much fruit as possible. The latest owners have ensured the success and longevity of the company with their unexpected success story – Ginger Shots.
