For a delicious breakfast add the milk of your choice, juice or yogurt. Can be blended into a smoothie or soaked overnight to soften the grains and seeds.

Our minimum order value is £100. Orders below £100 are subject to a delivery and surcharge fee of £29.99 to cover our cost of postage and packaging (including any gel packs required for chilled products).
We are currently charging just £9.99 for nationwide delivery on orders over £100.
Despatch Schedule
Orders are only despatched on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Therefore delivery of the order can be expected to arrive on Wednesday or Friday, respectively.
