Clearspot’s Smoked Tofu is incredibly versatile, tasty and easy to prepare. It is made to a traditional Japanese recipe and uses natural nigari to firm up the soya. Cube and fry, slice and grill, blend and pour, and more!

Thanks to being naturally smoked over beechwood chipping in a special smoking kiln, this protein source is delicious as is. You can also allow it to soak up additional flavours during cooking, or add it at the end to really cherish its tone.
