Storage
Keep refrigerated at 3 – 5˚C.
Once opened, keep refrigerated at 3 – 5˚C in a salt-water brine and consume within 5 days.
This product is not suitable for freezing.

Despatch Schedule
Orders are only despatched on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Therefore delivery of the order can be expected to arrive on Wednesday or Friday, respectively.
