Chef Matteo Russo used his creativity to meld together fresh Italian tomatoes, tart green olives, salty capers and soya “”seafood””, bringing this vegan sauce to life. A symphony of Mediterranean flavours, the addition of nori seaweed gives Marevè light and tasty tuna tones.
