Mondovè’s Pestovè with Gondino reaches new levels with its authenticity, flavours and textures. Lovingly made with high standards and chef-quality in mind, this is a vivacious vegan (“vè”) take on the traditional “pesto” sauce.

The desired taste and texture is achieved by blending with a unique mix of cashew, pistachio and pine nuts, plus a touch of beneficial spirulina! And that’s not where the quality ends, because D’Andrè adds a sprinkle of gourmet Maldon salt – particularly special due to its thick crystals and slower melting time on the palate which equates to a longer interaction time with the food and enhanced flavours.
