Storage
Store away from direct sunlight, heat and light.
Once opened, refrigerate, keep the surface covered with a layer of oil and use within one month.

Despatch Schedule
Orders are only despatched on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Therefore delivery of the order can be expected to arrive on Wednesday or Friday, respectively.
