Storage

Store at a temperature between 10˚C and 25˚C in a dark and dry place. Keep away from direct sunlight and strong odours.
50-60% relative humidity is ideal.
Once opened, the sack should be kept tightly closed, or transfer the contents into an airtight container.
Once cooked, can be frozen without losing structure.
