Taifun’s Natural Firm Tofu is one of their simpler offerings. This traditional tofu is full of the high quality vegetable protein you’d expect, and it’s extremely versatile.
Its firm texture ensures it holds up well in cooking, especially frying, but you can press it to make it firmer still.
Simply marinade and cook to your preferred method, or cover it in a variety of sauces! It is of course especially at home in Asian-inspired dishes, like a tofu katsu curry, a vegan mapo tofu, pho, summer rolls, and much more! Or tear roughly and coat in seasoned flour for tofu nuggets, or with seaweed and batter for “tofish”. The possibilities are endless!

Storage
Store chilled at 2°C-7°C. If you don’t need the whole block in one go, simply cover with fresh water in a dish and keep in the fridge, changing the water daily – this helps to keep it for another 3-4 days.
