Taifun’s Olive Tofu is yet another of their Mediterranean-inspired offerings. Olives, extra virgin olive oil, and a select blend of herbs give this tofu a pleasant green colour, and help pack in loads of flavour, too!
Its aromatic flavour and slightly soft but firm texture make it perfect for blending into pâtés, serving over salads, and topping soups.
It is truly at home in Italian-inspired dishes – simply fry and serve over pasta (why not envelop it in pasta, as ravioli?), or you could even cube it up on a pizza, poke it into a focaccia before baking, tuck it into a panino… the possibilities are endless!
